Renee Gutierrez
Nurse Care Manager

Renee has 13 years of experience in healthcare, 9 years as a charge nurse/care manager and has worked extensively with a variety of specialties, with a primary focus on elder/geriatric care. Renee enjoys hands on services, and is proficient with skilled nursing interventions, end of life care, dementia and medically complex clients.

Renee is a proud mother of 3 who enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, and helping others.

Angela Long RN CCM

Angela is a registered nurse with over 12 years of experience working as a Geriatric Care Manager. Angela has a passion for helping seniors to be able to remain happy, healthy, and thriving at home. Angela has extensive experience with complex disease management, medication management, and care coordination.

Angela is a native Arizonan who is married with two boys who are 3 and 7 who always keep her on her toes!
